Our Denver Community

The Airbnb Denver community has come a long way in the fight to get lawmakers to pass sensible regulations that allow people to share their homes and strengthen the community. We are excited to announce that the city of Denver has launched a new online registration system so hosts can easily register their short term rental listing. Having a practical online registration system is a huge step forward for Airbnb’s partnership with local governments. We’re proud Denver is pioneering this effort, and hope it can be a model for other cities across the country.

In the spirit of cooperation, we must hold up our end of the bargain and register short term rentals with the city. Let’s do our part to be good partners, and #RegisterDenver.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Hosts must be registered by December 31
  • The City will start enforcing the new short term rental ordinance — including violations — January 1
